CLAN MCDONALD COMICS IN-STORE RETURN POLICY

For all items purchased in-store, all sales are final.

Due to the nature of our product categorized as 'collectibles,' and the fact that we do not have the option to return the majority of unsold comic books and other products to our distributors, we do not accept any returns on products of this sort.

Non-Returnable Items

  • New Release single issue comics, including blind bags.
  • Graded/slabbed comics.
  • Trading card games (TCG).
    • Individual cards, sealed booster packs, card game products, etc.
  • Original art.
  • Trade Paperback/Hardcover books.
    • Exception - any book still sealed when purchased; read criteria below.

EXCEPTION: For certain items such as statues or other product where the physical item cannot be observed until the packaging is opened, returns/refunds are allowed under these criteria:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of purchase to report any damage.
  • Customer must provide evidence of damage (photos, video, etc.).
  • Item(s) must be returned with 48 hours of communication with our store/staff.
  • Item(s) must be returned with original packaging.
  • Customer must return with proof of purchase (printed receipt, email, text, etc.).
  • If all criteria are met, customer can expect an exchange, store credit, or refund.

CLAN MCDONALD COMICS ONLINE ORDER RETURN POLICY

Our window for offering returns and/or refunds is 30 days from date of purchase. If this window has passed, no refund will be offered for the order.

Please Note - "Buyer's Remorse" is not a valid reason for return.

Note: Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund. Items marked down as 'sales items' are not eligible for a refund.

If an order qualifies for a return/refund, one will be issued under these criteria:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of order delivery to report any damage or reasoning why a return/refund is requested.
  • Item(s) must be unused and/or in the same condition the item(s) was/were received.
  • Customer must provide evidence of damage (photos, video, etc.) if applicable.
  • Item(s) must be returned with original packaging.
  • Customer must provide with proof of purchase (printed receipt, email, text, etc.).
  • If all criteria are met, customer can expect an exchange, store credit, or refund.

To return your product for an exchange, it should be mailed to:

Exchanges are only offered for items that are defective or damaged. If an exchange is requested, please email us at info@clanmcdonaldcomics.com.

Customer is responsible for paying any/all return shipping costs associated with returning the item(s). These shipping costs are non-refundable. If receiving a refund in place of a return, the cost to return the item(s) will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds (Extended)

Once your return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify we have received the returned item. We will also notify regarding the approval or rejection of a refund.

If a refund is approved, the refund will be processed immediately to the original payment method.

Note: Some forms of payment may take longer to appear on credit card statements or otherwise. If you do not see a processed refund within 7 days, please email us to look into the issue.

Partial Refunds if Applicable

If an item is returned without its original packaging, is not in its received condition, or is missing pieces/parts not due to our error, only a partial refund will be applied. This also applies to any item that is returned after the 30 day window has closed.
