What happens if my item arrives after the send-in deadline?

All customer send-in items must be physically received by Clan McDonald Comics by the posted deadline for the applicable signing event. Deadlines are based on the celebrity’s signing schedule, shipping logistics, authentication/grading requirements, and event preparation timelines. Items must be received by the deadline; a postmark, tracking scan, label creation date, or estimated delivery date does not qualify as timely receipt.

Customers are solely responsible for shipping their items early enough to arrive on time and are encouraged to use tracking and insurance. Clan McDonald Comics is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, weather delays, incorrect addresses, insufficient postage, customs delays, or any other circumstance that prevents an item from arriving by the stated deadline.

If an item arrives after the posted deadline, Clan McDonald Comics cannot guarantee that the item will be included in the signing. Late-arriving items may be returned unsigned at the customer’s expense. Refunds, credits, transfers to another signing, or exceptions will not be issued or guaranteed for late-arriving items, as signing slots, talent fees, promoter fees, authentication fees, handling costs, and other event-related expenses may be committed in advance based on paid orders.

By placing a send-in order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that failure to have their item delivered to Clan McDonald Comics by the posted deadline may result in forfeiture of the signing opportunity without refund.
