CMC Appraisal Program

Clan McDonald Comics offers an in-store comic book appraisal program for customers who would like to have their comics reviewed for estimated condition, approximate market value, and potential grading consideration. This service is available whether or not the customer intends to submit their books to a third-party grading company.

 

Appraisal fees are $3 per comic book or $50 per hour,
whichever amount is greater at the conclusion of the session.

 

All appraisals, condition opinions, grade estimates, and value estimates provided by
Clan McDonald Comics are based on our experience, available market information, and best-faith assessment at the time of review. Market values may fluctuate, and additional defects, restoration, or other factors may be identified later by a professional grading or authentication service. Clan McDonald Comics is not a professional grading company, certified appraiser, or authentication service, and our assessments are not guaranteed. Clan McDonald Comics is not responsible for, and does not guarantee, any final grade, value, designation, authentication result, sale price, or determination made by CGC, PSA, or any other third-party grading, appraisal, or authentication service.
