All items available have not yet been signed and will be completed during a private, scheduled signing session with the featured talent.

📦 DELIVERY & FULFILLMENT

Each item is handled with care from signing through shipment. Orders are expected to ship approximately 30-60 days after the signing has been completed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with full tracking details, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real time.

🛡️ AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE

Every collectible offered above has the option for a Certificate of Authenticity provided by Clan McDonald Comics for any/all items. Comic books are eligible for CGC Yellow Label Grading, with additional shipping fees.

Upon signature completion:

• Each item will receive a COA if chosen and returned to the customer, or may be submitted to CGC for grading if the item is a comic book and CGC grading is purchased.

To ensure accuracy and quality control, orders containing multiple items will be held until all items are completed and ready for shipment.

If you prefer to receive items as they become available, we recommend placing separate orders for each item.

• The signing talent reserves the right to decline any inscription deemed inappropriate or unwanted.
• Personalization and character names are limited to first names only.
• Each quote is considered an individual add-on and must be purchased separately.
• All signing dates are estimates and subject to change.
• Refunds will not be issued due to rescheduled signing dates.
• Refunds will only be issued if the signing event is officially cancelled.

All send-in items must be physically received by Clan McDonald Comics by the posted deadline for event. A postmark, tracking scan, label creation date, or estimated delivery date does not count as timely receipt.

Customers are responsible for shipping their items early enough to arrive on time, and we strongly recommend using tracking and insurance. Clan McDonald Comics is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, weather delays, incorrect addresses, or other shipping issues that prevent an item from arriving by the deadline.

If an item arrives late, we cannot guarantee it will be included in the signing. Late items may be returned unsigned at the customer’s expense, and refunds, credits, or transfers will not be issued for late arrivals or items not received.

*ALL LARGE HEAD SKETCHES ARE PREFERRED TO BE ON COMIC BOOK BLANKS AND WILL BE PREPPED FREE TO THE FULL FRAME OF THE BLANK TO ALLOW WALT THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF SPACE HE WISHES TO USE.  

*CUSTOMER MUST PROVIDE PHOTO COPY IMAGE(S) OF ANY NON-STANDARD MARVEL OR DC CHARACTER REQUESTS.  (WALT HAS THE RIGHT TO DENY REQUESTS AT HIS DISCRETION AND WE WILL ADVISE CUSTOMERS TO CHOOSE A DIFFERENT CHARACTER).
